This one has "hit" written all over it...perfect for the country genre. Will have to keep a look out for publishers in this genre...it's way too good to just let it sit here on your page!

Really thoughtful and relateable lyrics to this one, Steve! Telling is better than bottling up those annoying thoughts. And often they will seem much smaller and less dangerous than they were inside your head.
Really nice upbeat song with some great guitar licks. Great work!

went wandering through your catalogue to see what stood out as stunningly majestic...found it...you totally own these S&G songs mate, your voice just so works on either vocalist but it's this song (which is probably my fave Simon next to 'Graceland') which you've conquered - the music (your playing) is also so next level professional. God this is good mate!

great reworking here Steve, brilliant in fact - you've got such a professional radio ready/friendly ability with your covers and og's - mate, we're being selfish but please keep doing your music as the site needs your musical presence big - brilliant vocals (always) and the lyrics, arrangement, melody and guitar just simply all in a class of their own, searingly good! 10/10!

The original track you did was excellent and this new version takes it to a new level. The whole track has a great vibe & that "something special". Love the guitar work, superb expression in the vocals, great hook & pro production - a definite hit.

A very pleasant, well recorded and arranged song. Great lyrics that people can relate to. A story song of sorts I guess. Smooth tones throughout. I like this kind of Country Rock song. Excellent stuff Steve.
