think back to when Gary Numan wrote and recorded 'Cars' in 1979 and if we don't think we've lost something we're crazy...but if we think it's coming back anytime soon then we are complete fools... can you still recall in the juke box hall when the music played and the world spun round to a brand new sound in those far off days.. in their blue suede shoes they would scream and shout as they sang the blues, let it all hang out.. rock and roll..

Story behind the song
it's a pop outing this one for sure but it's got a bit of 'Devo' irony in the lyrics (tongue in cheek) and the overall vibe is so late last century it's like a trip back in time to 1990! All on board....!

Another really cool song. Very well arranged and performed. The overall sound is so on point for the 90s. Sounds very radio ready, a hit in any era...Love it. Your voice sound perfect for this. Excellent.

Oh yeah this is neat. I agree it sounds very nineties now are you wearing the Devo hats. Your vocals fit this perfectly and the instrumental backing is excellent. Good track.
