Just listened to the original and I got to say I much prefer your version better than Maccas high pitched screaming ! Much nicer on the ears . Also prefer the heavier rock guitar sound . So all in all a great version and improved over the original . No easy feat ! Great work David !

You are an excellent song writer, David. Good strong lyrics. The best vocals and harmonies. Great Guitar playing as always. Nice percussion, as well.

Great pop song with a retro vibe. Could have been a great hit in the days of The Beatles and The Hollies. I like the main voacal melody a lot and those harmony vocals sure are spot on!

This is a great song with plenty of energy. Excellent job on the vocals and harmonies. I'm sure Tony would be really happy with this version as it definitely brings his lyrics to life. Great guitar work too.

could have been on the 'once upon a time in hollywood' soundtrack (can see Margot Robbie doing one of those crazy Gidget dances to this), so good mate! - great sixties sound, it's a go-go! cool as! Guitars are going off and this is a stunning OG, well done!

Dont know the original song/band. No surprise written in 2008. Ive been out of current music for a long time. Really like what youve done with this. From other comments it is better than the original which the brit pop sound you have applied sounds very good. Good vocals/instruments sound excellent

I listened to the original and you’ve made it your own and for me a much better version especially with the great guitar /synth work in it . The vocals go really well with the change of vibe from the original and love the outro ! Great cover David .

Great job on the vocals/harmonies! I think you've taken the song to a new level. I always felt the original was a little too "girly" for my tastes, so I much prefer the way you have approached it. Excellent production & first class version - especially like the way you have added your own elements without losing the essence of the original song.

What a brilliant cover David, you've put your own beatlesque stamp on this with such musical prowess of which you display on all your tracks. Mate, this is seriously brilliant! You took an electro synth pop track and turned it into your own complete song - great nod to Harrison but the Beatles influence runs all the way thru - love the instrumental break, it's all just so good, vocals and your playing are ace! excellent mix, arrangement and performance, well done! It also segues so cool into 'London Town!'

Your vocals are just so good, great work and you totally nail these sixties songs (you'd smash sunshine superman for a six!) and yes, with Steve below that only Ringo could say what he said about Indian food and Butlins, lol haha! love the sexy sadie nod in there! what a time they all must of had!

Not forgotten by all of us. LOL! This is a brave song to take on given those non human PM vocals ... I like how you have made it your own. Musically its excellent and your vocals are very good.. Very good cover....top to bottom.. Nice.
