As a kid in Eastern North Carolina all the old men would gather in the fall to run their Coon Dogs, drink some whiskey and make a bet or two. This is a tune about running coon dogs in the old days.

This tune was written as a tribute to Paris Jackson. It is meant to be a reflection of the empathy I felt as I watched her when she said goodbye her dad at the memorial service.
