think back to when Gary Numan wrote and recorded 'Cars' in 1979 and if we don't think we've lost something we're crazy...but if we think it's coming back anytime soon then we are complete fools... can you still recall in the juke box hall when the music played and the world spun round to a brand new sound in those far off days.. in their blue suede shoes they would scream and shout as they sang the blues, let it all hang out.. rock and roll..

Story behind the song

had two new tracks ('any day' and 'absolution') that we were working on and news of Gaza progress broke...decided to combine the two new with recent other anti-war track we'd done last month ('whatever') and make them all the one track (pts. I, II & III) as a direct response to the news...give peace a chance guys, it's time!

This really works Greg. Your creative mind at the top of its game here. Very clever and although long you don't want it to end. A real sign of a masterpiece of music. 10/10.

Quite a statement and very creative pulling the 3 parts together...   Excellent track both performance and production..    Vocals are very good and work with the track nicely.    As far as peace in Gaza I fear its not going to be so easy....  Still listening... quite a masterpiece...

Amazing Guitar playing and beautiful Vocals and harmonies......Superb lyrics , very meaningful. Excellent vocal presentation, as well. Brilliant musicianship.

This is totally enthralling and all encompassing. I felt to be immersed in the song. Almost as I was part of it in real time. A mind movie that you can't escape from. This is such a powerful statement. The 3 parts blend together seamlessly...so much so that it is just one piece of work. Absolutely stunning Greg. I really can't praise it enough. Phew...
