if Roger Waters had not made music his profession the world would have missed out on a lot...a lot...to measure the effect and influence that he and his band PF had on generations of fans and musicians is IMO not an easy task...lol!

think back to when Gary Numan wrote and recorded 'Cars' in 1979 and if we don't think we've lost something we're crazy...but if we think it's coming back anytime soon then we are complete fools... can you still recall in the juke box hall when the music played and the world spun round to a brand new sound in those far off days.. in their blue suede shoes they would scream and shout as they sang the blues, let it all hang out.. rock and roll..

Story behind the song
We recorded this version about 2 years ago (this being a new mix) - it's of course from The Wall, and is an epic masterpiece relevant today as it was when first released all those years ago...timeless music which resonates with generation after generation...we thought we'd give this cover a crack (the initial mix nearly sent me spare, lol!) & features Kath on backing vocals.
