song I first heard in high school and thought who is this band, who wrote it and how freaking good was it - found out pretty soon it was David Byrnes Talking Heads and my musical world would never be the same...that's not my beautiful house..

think back to when Gary Numan wrote and recorded 'Cars' in 1979 and if we don't think we've lost something we're crazy...but if we think it's coming back anytime soon then we are complete fools... can you still recall in the juke box hall when the music played and the world spun round to a brand new sound in those far off days.. in their blue suede shoes they would scream and shout as they sang the blues, let it all hang out.. rock and roll..

Story behind the song
being a Bowie fan it was easy to accept a unit like the Heads with their 'fifth' member Brian Eno and an eclectic leader such as David Byrne - the brilliance of the Heads from '77-'80 was such a great thing to experience both sonically and visually and to actually be in that moment. Bruce and myself are/were massive fans of this band!

I just listened to the original and I must say you’ve nailed the atmosphere , instrumentation , vocals and production with a touch of your own added in . Very trippy ! Great cover !
