A wistful melancholy guitar instrumental with echoes of a bygone era. The 'Glitterball', in the dancehall is turned off and dust mites float in the dim interior. In your mind's eye, you can still hear the instrumental beat group up on the stage.

Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
I've always been a big fan of The Shadows and guitar instrumentals in general. Hopefully this tune brings back memories of that 'golden era' of seaside dance halls in England in the early to mid 1960s. On this recording, I used my Yamaha Revstar 420 guitar through a Line 6 Pod Go unit.
