Wrote this just before Mom passed in late 2012. At the time I had never lost anyone close to me. She suffered tremendously not always, but for much of 30 years battling cancer. I still feel her presence and she'd want me to keep going and I will.

Story behind the song
Written when Mom was in palliative care. Even in intense pain she thought about others before herself and encouraged me to keep going with the music. I'll never forget that.
