i am Steve Weyman from Bristol England and been playing guitar since I was 9 years of age and doing paid gigs in bands from age 14 playing covers and originals. I am a bit older ( quite a bit older now ! I am not gigging at the moment . I am teaching guitar and concentrating more on writing and recording in m y little home studio. Don't write in a particular style, it comes out how it comes out !

Good song to start with, and your version is very, very good indeed. Nice instrumentation and 'shiny' guitar tone well played too.

I have a new piece, inspired by a Sydney man, Arthur Malcolm Stace also known as 'Mr. Eternity' (9 February 1885 – 30 July 1967), who for many years left the word 'Eternity' written in chalk on buildings, footpaths, stairwells etc.
This is dedicated to 'Mr. Eternity' and members of my family who have passed into 'Eternity', R.I.P.

Like everyone I snatched the album in 1973 to experience the most influential music of it's time. Listened countless times with headphones and got swept away by the genius of Gilmore. Most musicians would not touch recording this song. You did! Key change and all! My headphones once again did me good with your version. Loved it! Your talented!

Well you can do stuff I can't. I remember the original when it was released. Your version is so, so good, it's right up there with it. The guitar, keys and vocals are the very best. Without doubt the best cover I've heard on here or anywhere this year. Out of 10....100!

Fantastic work Steve!
This is one of those classic songs that you shouldn’t touch unless you can really do it justice and you’ve really hit the spot here. The synths, vocals and guitars all bob on. Plus you have carried the emotion and power of the story superbly. Seriously well done mate!

Whether you like Pink Floyd or not you're bound to be aware of this song. It's one of their most well known and well loved songs. Because of that the pressure was on you to deliver the goods, as it were.
You have captured the total 'vibe' of it perfectly. A full blown triumph I'd say. A fantastic cover Steve. We'll done.

Absolutely brilliant!! It's hard enough to reproduce the music of a well-known successful band, but it's extremely difficult to nail the soul, emotion & character of a track like this - that indefinable "something"...and you've captured it perfectly. Amazing achievement that you've played all the parts & produced all this yourself. Performance, mix, production all first class!

where Gilmour and Waters meet to create pure genius, really dig this version! Great cover Steve, really captures the whole beauty of this powerful and melodious song, excellent vocals and mix, very cool guitar playing as always!
