You have a unique sound, your instrumental ballad is also great.
A real goed rock band needs to know how too play good ballads in my oppinion.

"Heaven and Earth" is a VERY nice tune! J.L. Turner has always been one of my personal favorite vocalists--Rainbow's "Bent Out Of Shape" is still one that sounds fresh to me, in large part because of his vocals. And you have a bit of a Rainbow essence while definitely carving out your own style. I find your work quite listenable and extremely well-done. I wish you much success.
