The Clay County Ramblers are two members from the now defunct Rodeo Queen. Skid Severson and Bill Rasmussen are the core group with a rotating cast of friends who have the time to lay down a track or two. Previous and hopefully future players include Mark Perrodin/Bass (Sidewinders, The Sand Rubies), Cathy Rivers/backing vocals (Wonder Twins, Rodeo Queen, Little Black Cloud), and Julia Groves/drums(Topless Opry, Solid Donkey, Clovenhoof).Band/artist history
The Clay County Ramblers are the two remaining members of the Tucson, AZ Alt-Country band, Rodeo Queen. Rodeo Queen had formed around mid-2000.Have you performed in front of an audience?Skid and Bill have on occasion played around Tucson, AZ. We are hoping to nail a few more songs and maybe add a few more people to the fray soon and hit the stage once more. Keep posted.
