The band formed in October 2001 as a result of Neil and Westy's old band splitting, and then recruiting Tom after his band also fell apart. At first it was just as a group of friends who wanted to have fun by playing music that we like. We began taking it more seriously as we began writing our own songs and decided finally decided to call the band 'Snatchback'. A debut EP was recorded in August 2002 at 2fly studios Sheffield and released Monday 2nd September at the Boardwalk. After gaining more experience through playing gigs around Sheffield another demo was recorded at Interstellar Sandwich studio in April 2003. Feedback from this Demo has been very encouraging including 'Every Duck' being played on a Monday Night lockup show on Radio 1.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yea play live, anything offered to us we will play. Trying to play in some new places to new faces at the moments.
