Band/artist history
We have been together for the last 9 years. We all came out of the Western MA music scene. We all were playing around in bands in teh area and came across each other that way.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We have been performing across the Northeast for a few years now. as far as gigs that stand out.. i guess its always teh weird shows that stand out, we played at this casino where right after we played Areosmith was playing across the street for the Casino. that was strange .. we kind of opened for Areosmith I guess..at least they had to listen to us until the doors iopened on the Areosmith show
Your musical influences
We have a wide range of influences that don't always make a lot of sence. Charlie and I are old punks so there is that, The Who are big for me as is Tom Waits for teh songwriting. hen i have a song i bring it to proactice and thats where the other Layers get added. We have the whole of recored music at our fingertips now, there isn't anything that doesn't influence us weather because we love it or because we hate it.
What equipment do you use?
I play a variety of guitars but my main stuff is an early '80's Stratocaster and a Gretch Streamliner through a Fender Vaporizer. Coop Makes his own Basses. Chalie uses Kurtsweil Keyboards, and Drew has a variety of drum kits that i don't know any thing about.
Anything else?
