Story behind the song
"You and me" came out of frustration and fear about the future in 2006. I turned my frustration and sought the Lord the best way I knew how then in song. This song was what was born as a result of my distress. Sometimes as a believer you may feel forsake and all alone but really you are never alone. You have Christ and in His Body (are many people) so you are always with help and taken care of. Even when all have left you you have Him with you and He is with many others too. For hhe cares for me and He cares for you.
