Lyrics
Face the Fight Who's gonna fight the good fight when you're gone? Where are the treasures of victory? There's never going to be a better time to stand Trust in the platform you die on When you run out of cheeks to turn Face the conflict while the houses burn And there is mercy in heaven Am I forgiven for what I've done? Chorus The time comes when you've got to stand and fight Hangin' on to the truth that you know is right Your battle rages from day to day As your moments keep slippin' away When the echoes of your footsteps fade away Stumble over your past mistakes The dust of monuments turn to frozen bloody clay Reality a former master No truth holds its shape for so long When is the next final battle? There's is a trip wire at the finish line Time is a wheel that rolls over you Chorus The time comes when you've got to stand and fight Hangin' on to the truth that you know is right Your battle rages from day to day As your moments keep slippin' away The Master's hands will heal your heart, just give it time As you enter in, the kingdom comes, the truth is mine There's a sea of love in their smiles that brings hope to town I've got something new to show you as I make the rounds 2010 Frank Axtell All Rights Reserved.
