Just Like Down The Park

To dance like a snake and taste the embrace of a dozen ghosts wearing petticoats.
Time is the effect of our ignorance. In the countryside, everyone is famous for fifteen miles. Optimism is the philosophy of despair. An artificial artichoke artisticly askew is sitting on a submarine surveying Sunday stew.

Story behind the song
This was originally recorded for an album of the same name. The album was for Nathan Cargill, who had suggested that I record my music. Almost every tune had just one guitar line and one vocal line, as though I was giving an acoustic performance in Cholsey park. The song recounts incidents involving fire that have happened in the park and the legend of the White Lady, said to haunt a mound of earth in the main park field.
