A few days before Christmas of '86, Professor Hubert (Hugh) Mongous and Doctor "Red" Sausage, at the time the two-member pop combo Pink Torpedos, got together at the Wilbert Studio to perform an impromptu musical session. This session infamously became known as the XXX-mas recordings. The tape was soon distributed far and wide among the who and who and so and so across the US and to various parts of the world, titled Mary XXX-mas. Mary XXX-mas quickly was a cult fave and is now a classic, playing on decks everywhere every holiday season, to the merriment of young and old alike. Mary XXX-mas Everybody!
