Story behind the song
Well it had been a little while since I had a stab at axtaully writing some lyrics for a song of mine. I was somewhat uninspired so I just didn't bother. You know how it is? This song took around 4-5 hours to write, record and produce. I've been having trouble with making anything atm so when I finally had something to work with I wanted to get it done and dusted in one sitting. Normally when I write lyrics they are about being depressed, being alone, or losing someone. I'm a cheery chap like that. The lyrics here are more about someone coming out of a relationship that obviously hasn't been good for them and realising that though they were told they were weak, they were in fact the stronger one. Still. being written by me and my dark style it's not exactully a uplifting song.
