This song is as a result of my experience in the church. i feel we have drifted a long way from God's original intent! Well, I paln to re-record this one, I messed up many times on the lyrics.
indie spiritual real creative dark christian fingerstyle emotional personal deep honest alt tuning capos
Artist picture
Progressive finger-style guitar, with emotional melodies and raw, honest lyrics.
I invite you to amble through my world of raw, emotional and honest song writing. I hope it might strike a chord in you and be a little more like a flower among the thorns of unsigned amateurs here on SoundClick. Though I indeed am a unsigned amateur myself.

Story behind the song
Well, I normally do not write songs like this. I do not voice criticism very often. This song is not meant to be condemning I just want to see a total revolution, a total change and thus am not afriad to say why.
Lyrics
I walk in a quarter past ten And I see a smile,an outstretched hand And you ask me how I am doing But before I can lie and tell you I am alright I see your eyes drifting to the next box that needs checking on your To Do List You have been faithful to greet me But I hate to break it to you, But you would make a horrible politician Thanks for having the fellowship before the service It's my quality time with my mind With the scenery of plastic people I begin to think if I am just an audience Then why did I not just stay home And be the audience of my laptop? If all you offer me is entertainment I wish I just watched TBN At least I could have laughed and made fun of it Without anyone knowing I'm glad there is a time for people to give their 10% Because it would be hard to endure this Without air conditioning Wow, I just heard this message on the ABC's of being free It was such a great sermon, I sure wish I could remember it It is so good to be a part of this community Of middle class, hard working, materialist Who act like I don't existed You offer me such a meaningful and big purpose To make a bigger building so the pastor can get a bigger ego So that I can be surrounded by so many more religious hypocrites Who are just like me, merely fulfilling their duty
