About a relationship that's breaking down.
progressive rock instrumental folk classic rock multi instrumentalist reflective
It's been described many things over the years: symphonic prog rock, prog rock, classic rock and general progressive rock.
I'm a multi-instrumentalist, arranger and composer. I've worked as a session musician and sound engineer. I've played in many different bands up and down the country, covering numerous styles. I now do solo work and currently recording an album, which I'm hoping to take out on the road on a Pubs and Clubs tour at some point. My gear consists of: One Red Special replica, based on Brian May's, played through a Vox AC30 with a Boss Pedalboard, consisting of Boss Equaliser, Ibanez Tubescreamer, Marshall Chorus, Boss Acoustic Simulator (live use only), Boss Digital Delay and Boss Compressor/Sustainer. One 5-string bass, based on my own design and specs, played through an SWR Super Redhead with an SWR Interstellar Overdrive pre-amp. Both guitars were made by Hugh Manson, of Manson Guitars. I also use steel and nylon strung acoustics including a 12-string acoustic, an 8-string mandolin, a Yamaha DJX keyboard and a Rogue 8-string bass.

Story behind the song
Not autobiographical at all. Just a case of having the music but no words. A friend suggested that as it contained a fair bit of descending scales, it could be about a relationship that's strong (when the guitar is playing high) but grows weaker over the course of the song (where the guitar is playing lower)
