I am a rambling blues and folk songwriter and stringplucker. I have been living in Belize, Central America for the past 9 years, originally from Pennsylvania, USA. My songs speek for my travels and experiences, which have carried me to many amazing, inspiring, and eye-opening places and encountered many awesome, couragous, interesting, and encouraging people(s). Some of my songs address the system and the many problems which are arising through its fasaud of democracy and its perpetuation of Plutocracy which is the ruling of the rich over the poor.(ie:Big Corporations siezing power over everyone and everything else on the planet) Music and songs have also provided me with a way to express humor in life experience as well as encouragment to others and contemplation of Life, Love, God, and many perspectives too dificult to communicate to others without the tools of poetry and melody. Story behind the song
Whenever I have trouble explaining myself and my perspectives on things, I turn to poems and music to help. This topic has been bouncing around my head for literally all my life and I am glad to be able to put it down in a song. I use a Bluesy.Reggae style chant to drive the long verses.

I’m singing, I’m seeking for the True unblemished Christ I’m listening I’m watching and I’m breathing the Breath of Life I’m searching I’m sowing the seeds of Loves pure Light I’m hoping I’m praying to decipher what is right I don’t intend to offend, twist or bend or misconstrue I am just a Truth seeker sharing my Experience with you see poetry and music help open up our ears to hear and clarify some concepts that you and I may have grown to fear fear is a blinder blocking the light from shining brighter so lets drop this bit of hindrance so that our burden will be lighter lets sit down around a candle or a campfire would be better we’ll warm our hearts, warm our minds and wrestle some words together I’d like to sing a song and maybe shed a little light On a word that has been bouncing round my head all of my life This word it is the Christ for me its a spiritual incantation Other symbols would suffice but this one needs some reexamination See I was born and raised on a story bout a man from Galilee True revolutionary come to set the people free Jeshua taught a way of peace and seeking the kingdom on the inside Never once did this story call for persecution, torture or genocide But an institution was created by the same people who had him crucified Using this prophet as an example in order to keep the truth denied Oh they went on and used his name to create their military minded state Domination is their game to make all cultures assimilate Their manipulation and murder continues right down to these very times Not in the name of the Christ should this institution commit these crimes So I’m singing, I’m seeking for the True unblemished Christ I’m listening, I’m watching and I’m breathing the Breath of Life I’m searching, I’m sowing the seeds of Loves pure Light I’m hoping, I’m praying to end this pain and strife Christ has returned not in one man or one woman, but in an entire population Exceedingly conscious with each proceeding generation Christ has risen caused the prison devastation Childern now livin' God given manifestations So go wake up the nations, I'm running out of patience I've been watching babylon fall for ages and ages and ages Then to be built back up again in exponentially enormous stages Packing plant pulp into paper to pay out its wages Printing history books that repeat the same seven pages Oh but I've seen your greatest weakness and because of this I am courageous You see your builders refused the cornerstone I call the rock of ages Far past the second coming, a hundred forty-four thousand sages Soon to be Six billion standing strong as insight silently rages Reflecting light through the night to those in fright or trapped in cages And we are singing, we’re seeking for the True unblemished Christ Yes we are listening and watching and breathing the Breath of Life We’re searching , we’re sowing the seeds of Loves pure Light We’re hoping and praying for guidance through the night Christ is inside of every particle of creation Watch each plant, animal, rock and pebble glisten Every man and woman equally can make a space for thee Sit quietly, watch and listen For Christ persists in vision There's One core for all religion Both fusion and fission happen within God's kitchen So stir up the melting pot and watch them twist and thicken But be sure to run cause an explosion comes with one final drop of wisdom It bursts into minute molecules making up all substance in this instant The beautiful creatures and cultures and peoples and the truths carried deep with in them All pieces portrayed in the puzzle of life, so many ways that the same thing is different All souls entwined in the purpose and plight of our existence within this skin All umbilical chords back to the core where there's no war or filthy system Won't condone the throne of president or pope no difference whether Muslim or Christian Buddhist, Confucius, Hindu, Jew so man
