There's a little child inside of you who finds it a lot easier to trust than the 'grown up' you...

I am an independent writer/performer/producer making summery sounds with lots of harmony, guitars, and emotion.
Brian Wilson said of his epic work Pet Sounds, "I wanted to make the listener feel loved." Those words have always remained with me and I hope to share loving, healing sounds with the listener as well.

Lyrics
Sometimes life seems too complicated I can't see the big picture or any picture at all Wait a minute, why am I so stressed? There's no reason to be so depressed There's a little boy inside of me Turning to the Lord trustingly I'm saved by childlike faith... Childlike Faith, that's what it takes! When doubts assail you like a hail storm And you can't figure out what its all about Wait a minute, and look up above Heaven's pouring out on you such love There's a little child inside of you Never doubting God who's always true You're saved by childlike faith... Childlike Faith, that's what it takes! Twelve men dismissed the little children One Man just held them tight and he blessed them right where they were Wait a minute, this is your salvation Simplified of every complication We're saved by childlike faith! Childlike faith, that's what it takes! (c) 1999 Old Sarge Music

The Bible always states we are to approach Him with the heart of a child...the simple innocence that befits a child, is one that is hard to attain; as pride sometimes gets in the way. :) I know when I approach the Lord, everything gets laid aside, and I'm stripped bare; I actually FEEL like a little kid. That had to be LEARNED, because it sure didn't come natural. :) The message in this song is a great one, Johnny...Great delivery, and production is top-notch. :D This is uplifting, and carries the reassurance that it indeed takes "child-like" faith. :D
