Lyrics
Scotches On the Horizon Scotches on the horizon. Someone set 'em up and we'll knock 'em back It don't matter who's drivin'. We'll pour ourselves into The back of a hack. I. I know you can see All the miles we've driven. Pages of those mem'ries Should be every young man's dream. (And) I'm just so goddamned glad For the time we spent, us lads, In the good and bad And the laughs we had. Scotches on the horizon. Someone set 'em up and we'll knock 'em down. It ain't no big surprisin'. We'll get back together And we'll paint the town. Instr'l (Chorus 2x's) 2. (or possible Bridge). Not a day goes by Don't find myself reminiscin'. Tho' I stopped worryin' long ago 'Bout the things that I can't change I was so lookin' forward to Growin' old like a couple of fools, You and me. You S.O.B. Scotches on the horizon. They're all on me. Not another thought! You say "Jesus is buyin'."? Well, in that case Make mine a double shot. Repeat 1st Chorus Nothin' left to do But to try to carry on without you.
