Rodrica Rudge is an independent UK songwriter who writes, performs & produces all her songs. She has written songs in all genres including rock, alternative, blues, jazz, soul, reggae & pop. Her most recent achievements were being commissioned to write the lyrics for the Official Commemorative Song for HM The Queen for The Commonwealth Resounds & having been a finalist lyricist in HM The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Song Competition. Her songs have received both terrestrial and internet radio play & featured on BBC Radio. She has won songwriting competitions, having out-performed a number of signed artists in the internet charts.

giving this another spin as I read your comments to Tony about it nearly being picked up by a publisher, which is not surprising at all, it's brilliant and deserves a larger stage for sure (very professional in all aspects!) - this is a stunning composition with a Sade feel/vibe to it! Your lyrics are always very detailed and tell great stories. That in itself is an art. Your drums and bass are always well put together and I’m guessing these are all keyboard created which is another feat. Then add some good instrumentation and vocals on top and another top notch song is created. Good work. And now im listening to dark eyes another
