Classic rock redemption. AvMo and his Les Paul bring classic rock meets folk jams.
Welcome to the new sound of 70s classic rock music, AvMo style. I have been writing music since I was 16 years old and my grandmother would tell me to “keep it down!” Today, I am turning all my classic tunes over to the glorious listeners on the internet to enjoy - hopefully you like it better than my Nona! My greatest inspirations when recording are classic rock bands such as the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Eric Clapton and Styx. Their music has provided a soundtrack to my life, from my days as a basketball player in high school to the old rocker I am now! I am launch a new EP this summer called “Bittersweet” which is my take on the theme of love through different rock genres and angles. My son challenged me to come out with a sick EP and I think I have. Can’t wait for you all to discover it. AvMo

Lyrics
Long Live the King He was born into the role, Of a life he didnt know, With his blood it was demanded, To the thrown he be remanded He wanted to be left alone To abdicate the throne He heard the people chant his name Long Live the King Gathered food for the ride ahead, Left his ward standing in his staid, Chaos to follow once he fled, Leading to, so much bloodshed But his life would be his own For him thered be no throne He would not have to hear the cries of Long Live the King He was ready His will tempered steel His Resolve Steady His new life he could feel Long Live the king Long Live the King Long Live the king The people were on their own With no leader on the throne No salvation to be found To a king they are bound Long Live the King Safely distanced beyond the realm Free at last from the helm He could still hear the people shout He felt their cries all about The people were on their own With no leader on the throne No salvation to be found To a king they are bound Long Live the King He was ready With his tempered steel His Resolve Steady To the new life at his heel Long Live the king Long Live the King Long Live the king But his life was now his own For him thered be no throne He would not have to hear the cries of Long Live the King Solo
