Story behind the song
Jeff wrote the core song with the idea that it was part of a larger suite. Dave took the core song to inspire the spirit of the Prelude (initial 1:50 min) and the Spanish flavored ending reprise. Dave's lead is played on a Gibson ES-335 with the perfect blend of fingers, guitar and amp. Jeff plays the fingerstyle acoustic that is present from beginning to end. Song is built up with a large number of guitar layers and textures. Bass is a Nano bass - Fuzz bass.
