Story behind the song
Well after 6 decades of concerted indolence I decided that the time had come to start paying more attention to physical fitness. Goaded on by post-illness physiotherapy and subliminal nagging from my son I finally ventured into a gym and guess what? I loved it. From that instant I had a new mantra - work less, exercise more. It works.
