if only i was the last one left alive. what would life be if there was only me. i could be healthy nobody around to sneeze on me. i could be safe nobody around to sneak up and grab me. everything i said would be right cause nobody could argue. i could go downtown and never stand in line. all the empty buildings would be mine. no police no car registration no stop lights! if it say's no left turn i might not go right! i could use the down escalator to go all the way to the top. car lots full of cars only i could drive! airports with planes only i could fly! i could fire the rockets and hit never hit anyone. i could have all the money and never spend a dime! libraries full of knowledge that would never be used. mountains of computers that would never work! millions of lights that would not light! no one left to run the electrical supply. but there are zillions of batteries all over the place.. i could make do and run twelve volts at my new place? not high up on top of some swanky tower. but by the river so i could take a shower loot the grocery for the canned food! and walk backwards naked through central park. take the train to the beach and surf all summer! when i got cold i would go to the refinery and set it on fire and roast marshmallows from five blocks away! a fire so big you could see it from space! but no ones out there to see it in the first place? i could go to the gun store and have a real blast. i could sail a yacht all around the bay lay in the middle of the street the rest of the day. with no one around i would always get my way.
