An all acoustic folk rock version of She Was Just Another One. (6 string/12 string) Takamine F-360S supplied the doodles. No electric's were used. Might just be some country touches here and there.

Story behind the song
I think we all run instances, where someone/something that we absolutely treasure isn't really valued by someone else. The bully that just has to destroy what you have so that you can't have it anymore.
Where what you cherished was 'just another one' to someone else.
I'd originally recorded this as a single pass demo, but eventually it all got replaced.
Lyrics
1. She was my reason to get up on Saturday
A glimpse of what I could be
A shift of focus off loneliness and me
To be associated with unselfconscious beauty
But to you, she was just another transaction
Another battle fought and won
Too You – She was just another one
2. I could accept mediocrity if she was ‘neath the sheets
The one I’m plunging the toilets for
Labor my life away, working fingers to the bone
Too hold her when I get home
3. Maybe I take it all too seriously
Anthems written to love’s preciousness
You can’t fix your lonely life, making love by the fireplace
Or make an idol, of such a pretty face
4. My downfall came, when she decided to move on
And I had nothing left to hold on to
Chewing my self up from the inside
And started this slow descending slide
