Parliamentary Pianists is term name given to the practice of fraudulent multiple voting in Ukraine's parliament where MP's vote on behalf of other members often in their absence and without their permission. They vote by pressing many buttons/keys in teh automated voting system hence as is "playing the piano". Maidan, the social and justice group in Ukraine has highlighted this fraudulent practice. This song is to help bring it to teh attention of more people.
