Gospel/Christian Bible-based songs
Music has always been a special joy to me. While still a child I enjoyed classical guitar and piano lessons. While growing up I had opportunity to play for our church youth group. More recently I have begun to write songs. They vary widely in style and are not confined to any one genre. My goal is to please the One who is the song-giver; to honour Him in all I write and play. It is my sincere desire that the Lord uses the music I write to draw people closer to Himself. Wherever you are at in relationship to God, may this music touch your heart and be a blessing to you.

Lyrics
In You, O Lord, Have I Taken Refuge Based on Psalm 71 CCLI Song No. 4376543 Key: Am Verse 1 In You, O Lord, have I taken refuge Never let me be ashamed. You are my rock and my fortress Deliver and rescue me You are my strength and my confidence From birth You have watched over me You are my hope and my comfort Do not abandon me when I grow old Chorus Your righteousness reaches to highest heaven Your faithfulness fills all the earth and the skies Your love and Your kindness to me never ends All day long I will sing praise to You. Verse 2 In You, O Lord, have I taken refuge Always will I look to You for help Though I know hardship and see many troubles My life You restore and my foes You destroy Since I was young You have been my teacher And now I make known to all Your mighty acts When I am old and gray do not forsake me For I must declare You to those yet to come. Ending: Let all who take refuge in You be filled with joy May they say always, “Let God be exalted!”
