This was a demo before band was formed.
Soul Harvest (No alliliation with the Canadian band of the same name), a now defunct band that used to make noise in Southern California. Still worth a listen
Soul Harvest (no affiliation with "Soul Harvst" band from Canada or the Tim La Haye Book by the samne name.) was a four piece Christian rock band that existed from 1994-1997 in the San Fernando Valley, Southern Calif. This page is a memorial to that band. Though the band is no longer, it is my feeling that a couple of definitive songs of the time should be reaching people even though the recordings are basicly collecting dust. I wrote them during a profound period of my life and would like them to be accessable to people who may still be touched by them.

Story behind the song
It was inspired by a fan of my secular music who thought too highly of my talent and not of the God who gave it to me. My discomfort with this well-meaning praise inspired this song and my expression of faith. One of my favorite short electric guitar solos. (Roth and Schenker influence there). All string sounds are layered tracks of my bowed guitar.
