The prophets (i.e. Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Isaiah) were told by God to be strong in spite of the reaction of the people to whom they spoke; God promised to be with them in all they did and were required to do.

Music has always been a special joy to me. While still a child I enjoyed classical guitar and piano lessons. While growing up I had opportunity to play for our church youth group. More recently I have begun to write songs. They vary widely in style and are not confined to any one genre. My goal is to please the One who is the song-giver; to honour Him in all I write and play. It is my sincere desire that the Lord uses the music I write to draw people closer to Himself. Wherever you are at in relationship to God, may this music touch your heart and be a blessing to you.

Lyrics
CCLI Song No. 3396809 Key: Am Refrain Be strong, stand up against the powers in the land. I am your mighty tower; in my strength alone you stand. Listen to my voice, stay close by my side You are my chosen instrument; all you need I will provide. Verse 1 I'm only a child, Lord, what now can I say? Nobody will listen to me, they will turn away. They won't pay attention for they've forsaken You. It's far beyond me, Lord; there's nothing I can do. Verse 2 I sit among the exiles with them at their homes. It's more than I can handle in my strength alone. I am a watchman unto Israel Weakened and inadequate; that is how I feel. Verse 3 I saw the Lord upon His throne; the high, exalted One. I am ruined now; I am undone! For unclean are my lips, and the people's too. I have seen the King! O God, my strength renew.
