Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Lyrics
WHEN YOU'RE AT HOME All the lights are on But no one knows When you're at home People stop and stare And if you're there They never know They all know that you once were mine They don't care, 'cause I'm out of time So I'm on my way And maybe someday I'll be home It's a common tale You cry, you wail 'Cause you're alone Just the same as me You look, you see You can't atone 'Cause you know that you had it all There she was, then you let it fall Now it's all the same You curse your fame When you're at home Yeah I'm gonna give you a piece of my mind In case I may ever find A woman like you So I can be the man I want to be Yeah And I'll try to unwind the clock Wound too tight goin' tickety tock I'm down by the bay That's me there today A broken dingy on the dock -Guitar solo... Yeah I'm gonna give you a piece of my mind In case I may ever find A woman like you To be the man I used to be Yeah And I'll try to unwind the clock Wound too tight goin' tickety tock I'm down by the bay That's me there today A broken dingy on the dock It's not nice you know Abhor it so Look what you've done Made me hope again Of love and winning What a run They don't know You were almost mine Nearly there You ran out of time So I'm on my way Maybe I'll get back to the zone Where I used to stay Awaiting on the telephone Still in hopes that you... Will call (Will call...) When you're at home (When you're at home) When you're at home (When you're at home) Maybe I'll be there And you'll be there And we'll be alone Copyright 2024 - JESUS OLDMAN

I get a Beatles meets Dave Clark 5 vibe with its 60's retro styling. Lively & very catchy.

Jesus Oldman wrote this wonderful song. I added guitar parts and backing vocals to it. This is a method that works really well. Like I've said before, working on his songs brings out my best guitar playing. I feel that we've much more to bring to the table...watch this space...and of course his musical space. Remember the name.. Jesus Oldman,

This has turned out very nicely. A fabulous powerful mix. The multiple layers of guitars are sounding crisp and jangly. I must thank my good friend Jesus Oldman for creating this absolutely wonderful song and allowing me to add my guitars and backing vocals to it. What fun we're having working on songs together for all of you to treasure and enjoy.
