Been singing all my life...feels like breathing most of the time. Got into writing poetry and songs as I "matured"...have several poems published in various forms on and offline. Just recently got the "love" for the music back after meeting nitta...her voice is beautiful.Have you performed in front of an audience?Haven't in a few years, but, am always open to offers.
Your musical influences
Of course I was reared on all the Motown artists, Stax records, etc. All of those have definitely been a big influence (musically) on me. My tastes though are very eclectic (ranging from Frankie Beverly and Maze, to Amy Whinehouse, Eric Clapton to Kurt Elling). Good music is good music to me. My all time favorite musician though is Donny Hathaway. No one had the soul that he didWhat equipment do you use?
