Porterhouse started as project alias and a band several years ago.
First in spring 1993 and first two songs released in 1994.
In spring 2006 a serious event changed everything.
Priorities have changed and from that day, we don't take our music for granted!
It is a privilege to play and create songs and music.
Definition of Porterhouse:
Is Finnur Bjarki Songwriter/musician, Thorbjorg Tryggva Singer/musician.
A brother and sister with a lot of musical and artistic interest.
Recently Hilmar Tryggvi a young songwriter has contributed to the pool of Porterhouse songs, a prominent songwriter and musician.

Hello Finnur and company. You have some really touching songs there. Love the guitar sound. Do you use a capo? If not, what kind guitar you play? And the vocalist.... great voice. Just thinking of Bjork from the Sugarcubes... do all Icelandic women sound that great?? :) :) Keep on keepin on!! Harry
