Let's see - I'm a producer, songwriter, DJ and artist -- but who isn't? More importantly, my goals are to create music with my besties at a beachhouse in Maui, work on movie scores and produce music for enthusiastic songwriters, and learning from the greats along the way. I'd like to change the world through music, but we can change the world just by being. If you want to be a part of the mission -- join me!

First, thanks for all of you who are checking out our new single Operator, we're #21 on the Dance Charts and #76 on the Electronic Charts overall! I say our single, because its OURS! Yours and mine. This is a community endeavor. We artists support each other right? Yes. Second, I've been working with a great artist as he's prepping his first album, and he's finally gotten to the part of the process where the insecurity creeps in -- THIS IS SOMETHING I KNOW WE'RE ALL FAMILIAR WITH. We rock out in the studio, and then the more we've lived with it, the more insecure we become. I really started to think about this process as akin to surgery or even shedding skin. We record and record and write and rerecord and produce. And then we edit and fuss over it and get opinions, when in actuality we need never ask for opinions or place restrictions on ourselves. In this age we've been given the freedom to be who we want and say what we want in a forum that allows us to reach millions! So I just wanted to encourage all of you today, to continue to be bold and brazen with your art. Allow the transformative process to give birth to a new level of confidence in your craft. I'm writing this because someone shared these exact same words with me today, when I needed to hear it. I figured some of you may feel the same way! Keep pushing! And feel free to drop me a line and/or add me as a friend. But most definitely keep checking out the music. There's more to come!
Make Their Bodies Rock Hard

Are you an artist who's ready to hit the big time? Plotting out the setlist for your next showcase? Or perhaps you're just prepping for your next photo shoot. Yeah yeah yeah, so are the rest of us. But what if I told you I could give you an edge. Well read on... Over the past several months, I've been on this track too...And so has a good friend of mine. She's not a singer, but she's a business owner determined to turn her life around. And we think we've found the cure. You ready for it? You sure? Ok, here it is... Hard work bishes! No, but seriously, I have been on this tract, and I know many of us are, and I just wanted to provide some extra motivation for you with a few simple tips. Ladies - if you're looking to rock the stage harder than Beyonce with a bodacious rump, fellas, do you need six-pack abs to display when you artfully rip your t-shirts and wifebeaters off during your sets? If so, I'm going to give you one of my best solutions! And it's simpler than you think. Kettleball Swings. Simple as that. Here's how its done. I'd say do this between 3-4 times per week and you're set. 1. Start with a kettleball weight you can easily manage. If you're just starting, go low. 2. Next, spread your legs, shoulder width apart, feet facing 11 and 1 oclock. 3. Take the kettleball with both hands in between your legs, bend forward, chest out, knees stay slightly bent and swing upward, ensuring to keep your chest out and shoulders back. 4. Once your kettleball swings out at about the height of your face, thrust your hips out slightly, keeping your core tight, and then swing back down between your legs, knees bent, and stop directly in between both feet. 5. That's one rep. For beginners, start with a 4 sets of 10, and gradually increase to 4 sets of 25 or more. And there you go, ripped abs, and a booty you can bounce quarters off of in a matter of a few short weeks. Remember to stay consistent, keep recording and keep practicing! Later y'all... Oh, and I don't pretend to know it all, so if you have any additional tips feel free to comment below and add me to your friends' list so we can stay in touch.
