Well, I guess lots of people here have played 60's music, but how many of them played it IN the 60's? I did. That's when I first started writing and playing. I got published, got signed to Dot/Paramount, did a couple of sides for them (yeah, sides... as in 45rpm records). One or two even made the charts in some secondary markets. Then life came along- met a girl, fell in love, got married, had kids, got a job, bought a house, more kids, bigger house, better job added on to the bigger house, got divorced, went broke, started over, changed careers, got broker, got a better job, did well at it and here I am starting over again with music. Music has come a long way in the intervening years, and so have I, though I think it moves faster than I do.
