Hi I’m a singer song writer and artist living in Boston.
I try and create music that is enjoyable, thought provoking, interesting to listen to and cathartic.
I’m fascinated with the idea of vibration and sound right now and the power of the voice as a vehicle of expression. The words for a song also fascinate me. So much can be said with a well chosen word and a consciously powerful voice.
For me the creative process is a journey into the soul.
A lot of my creations right now involve the natural world verses the synthetic and man made or controlled world. It is my belief and others agree i.e.; Einstein that we are a part of nature and not separate from it and it is this dilution of separation that causes all of the conflicts and confusion in the world today.
This being said I still believe in man’s achievements and I embrace technology.
I think technology is super however technology without the knowledge of our place in the universe can backfire and has backfired, i.e. global warming, war, famine….. we must bring ourselves back to a place of balance, understanding that the earth is truly alive and that we are an integral part of the eco system.
