LEASING RIGHTS You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the untagged song, and/or a copy of the raw WAV file. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
About A-ROC & DEJAVU

BIOGRAPHY OF A-Roc & Deja-Vu Artists, Writers, and Producers Deja-Vu Born June, 1988 in Long Island NY, Steven Robinson a/k/a (Deja-Vu) found his interest for music when he was only five years old. At the age of 8 and as a 4th grader, Steven played the viola and also played drums for his church until he was 15 years of age. Steven always had the dream of one day becoming a music producer. So at the age of 16 and knowing that his father was a skillful piano player, bassist and DJ Steven began the transformation into DéjàVu. Learning from his father, he learned to “Magix 10â€쳌 for mixing tracks and making new sounds though sampling. One day Steven found FL Studio 4 and began making beats. He perfected his craft by making beats after school. Using the feedback of his little brother and friends, DéjàVu labored to create a sound that incorporates his ability to create, and arrange music. Steven would work on his own sounds coming up with melodies and tunes without sampling other songs like most DJs and producers would do. He would even buy video games that were all about making beats and putting tracks together. Now at the ripe age of 20, Deja-Vu is primed to bring in sound and artistic skills to the world. A-Roc Born on march, 29 1991 little brother Aharon Robinson was excited to hear his brothers beats every night, so one day he began to rap to Steven's aka Deja-Vu beats and Steven thought that his brother should continue rapping. One day after school his brother Aharon introduced his friend to Steven and the three formed a Hip-hop group named “D-Line". After two years the group broke up so Steven and Aharon decided to come up with their own names Steven elf “Déjà’ Vuâ€쳌, and Aharon “A-Rocâ€쳌, a name his friends gave him on the Basketball court because he was good at dribbling the ball and crossing over his friends. Since then A-Roc and Deja-Vu have been working together so that one day they could create something bigger than themselves. They want to reach out to people through hip-hop music not just to talk about the struggles and hard times like most artists but to bring new sounds to their music and a sound reminiscent of the good-ole hip-hop back for a new generation.

Tru story . Some times people just come through and sign off and leave. But those words alot of people can relate to, If they actually listen. Not only are we writing and pouring our souls out to be heard, were sharing apart of our most personal life experiences through music, or just the journey of life as we see it and share it. I love this ..Raw music.. Some people just talk to get it over with, they say tell em what they want to here.. But i'm a keep it real
