I'm a musician and it's all about the music. Bass is my main instrument and I've been playing it for abut 35 years now. Starting in my bedroom and moving to the stage. I also play a bit of guitar and it's usually an acoustic. I play a single cone resonator and it's *%#^! fantastic. A friend of mine, John asked if another friend of mine, John if I would like to play his resonator for a while. He didn't but I did. Did I tell you my middle name's John? So anyway, I played it and loved it. Then decided I'd have to give it back eventually and I wouldn't like that too much so went out and bought one. A Johnson. Had to be. I also record. I have recorded two albums with Gone Wild. I'm also working on a solo album. One song you've heard, Battle of the Bottle. There are going to be some of my friends joining me on this and playing songs written and arranged by myself. Titled "Solo & Friends. A Walk in my Shoes" it will be a mixture of different styles and a culmination of a long awaited goal. Or you could just call it a pet project and let's see what comes out. Add to that, Boxcar Brown has a CD out now. A 5 track sampler if you like. Recorded at String Studios, it's the result of a few months recording and editing/mixing and has turned out ok, but the drummer left so we're recording a new full album called All Aboard. Should have about 12 to 15 tracks.
