Nuxx is a one man project, hailing from Lisbon, Portugal.
His sound is often described as a mind trip with complex percussive elements along with stunning soundscape leads, roaring basses and soaring mellow pads. Acid tones and dream melody emerge on every corner.
Nuxx is producing since the late 90's. The first Album "Gen30logic" was released in 2000 and it was a breakthrough concerning his sound identity. Followed by "Seismic Assault" and including "Arkhimedes" which was a massive hit on former mp3.com,staying with overly listens for more than 2 years.The third and fourth albums,"Ikonn" and "Kor Orb" were released under cdbaby.com and they are currently unavailable.
Nuxx is currently working on his latest album called "Biosynthetic" with a more ambient approach.
Tracks like "Magus", "Arkhimedes","Intense Fighting Style","Soul Nova" were acclaimed by the Goatrance community as being rock solid old skool sounds.That take us to Nuxx's influences. Names like Astral Projection, MFG, Cosmosis, Juno Reactor just to add some, were a massive influence all over Nuxx's work.
Currently Nuxx has no hardware components except his Microkontrol and an Evolution Midi Controller.
