Im actually a solo singer, and I go by Krys. My real name is Krystle but Krys is my nick name as well as my stage name. Nothing too crazy. Just somethin to put out there so everyone knows me. I write MOST of my own songs, and I sing and rap, so Im kinda multi-talented. I have only been rapping for about a year... but i just got serious about it. I wanted to have more than just one talent so ive been workin at it for a while and im pretty good. Singing... ive been doing it forever so thats no problem wit me and its my dream. youre guarenteed to see my name in lights some day soon. And no im not COCKY... i just believe in me.
Band/artist history
Ive been singing since I was little and ive always known that this is what i wanted to do. A lot of teenage girls go through their "I wanna be famous stages" But to me its much more than that. And its not a stage or phase. I dont wanna be famous because of the money. I want the world to hear my music and to love me for me. And to love my talent like I do. I started singing live when I was little in my school musicals and i have had a solo EVERY year in every play from 1st grade all tha way up to 8th grade. Im in the 9th grade now but i took drama this year to get another performing art on my record for colleges. So yea.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yep I perform sometimes. But I will definatley be having more as soon as I get more producers and people talkin to me. But yea I LOVE it. It just gives me a feeling that I cant describe... and then the best feeling in THE WORLD is walkin off that stage and just KNOWIN that I kilt it. =]
Your musical influences
Definatley Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, And Toni Braxton. These three ladies I have been listening to ALL my life and I know ALL the words to the majority of their songs. Others I look up to would be Christina Milian, Alicia Keys, Ciara, and Aalyah [ R.I.P ].
What equipment do you use?
My piano, my computer, and my vocals.

I just want this more than anything in the world. Everyone has a thing... and singing is mine and I know i will make it one day and no one is going to take it away from me. God gave me this talent so I could shine, and thats what Im going to do. Im not going to let it go to waste. Im going to let the WHOLE world know who I am and what I do.. and thats sing.
