Hey Jon,
Happened upon your music in a round about way, but don't matter how I got here, it's what I heard....I am really diggin your song....Alleybe, love your voice, great song, I'm big into acoustic and folk style music, you have a great voice for it.
Have you ever heard of the folk rocker Jackie Green? You sound so much like him, same type of harmonica and guitar playin too. Hope to hear more from you, keep on keepin on, stop by and try out a tune of mine if ya get time too bro!

Song: face of the snake
As my Ashley would say, "hotter than a fresh-f***ed fox at poke-berry time." This is tight as hell.

Song: wild eyed lunatics
Is this Jon Worley bearing his soul a little? It's quite beautiful, really. Makes me smile like when you knock on my door at 4 a.m.

Song: 13 mile to mo town
Mmm Worley. That stripped-down grit of yours makes me want to do very bad things, things my mama wouldn't be proud of.

If anyone who checks out jon's site is in the East TN area you should definitely come check out the live show at the java garden this weekend. Jon's music is great to listen to but it's even better live because he has so much passion for what he does. He's a great musician and just a cool guy to be around, and he has a lot to offer to the music world. Rock on man. --Ashley

great voice and good writing...always one of my preferred combinations...and the hot accompaning sound is a nice boat to sail in.
I knew Richie Havens, peripherally- but we used to talk now and again. I went on stage just before him at the Woodstock 20th anniversary concert on the original site.
Just the one song huh?

come out and listen to some live original music
Great sound Jon. I can't believe I knew you when you were beating your basement to pieces with your first band. You've come a long way. This song makes me long for home. The heat of summer melting your shoes pavement hot with strawberry ice cream sticky sweet while toes lodged in a puddle by the creek just under the bridge.
