Where are you? Where are you?
Very hip and catchy song. Almost has a "Hip-Hop Hippy" sound
Filthy Rich could be considered a one-man-band. In all of my tracks, every piece of his work is original. I was raised in the suburbs of Detroit with musical influences ranging from opera to frank sinatra to underground hip-hop. I played drums at my local church on sunday mornings, played in an emo band on the weekends, and wrote hip-hop lyrics throughout the week. In 2001, I released my first CD "The Marlboro Man Project", and with what I would consider a "small success" behind me started laying down tracks for my new album which is yet to be titled.Have you performed in front of an audience?I play mostly local shows. Detroit-Ann Arbor area. I love underground hip-hop shows. They just put off a really powerful energy.
Your musical influences
I love all different genres of music. My favorite artist of all time is Frank Sinatra. I dont know why, just love his work. In the Hip-Hop community, I enjoy and respect the work of Dr. Dre, Mos Def, Biggie, The Roots, Blackalicious, Mobb Deep, Tupac, and Wu-tang
