BML es el registro sonoro de todos los alumnos que participan en el Taller de Música del IES Burguillos (Sevilla). This stuff is performed by a few 12 years old guys from Spain. So this is really amateur material. Im their Music teacher, and the one who created and arranged the songs for them. We are doing this work for 2 years, when the lessons are over... Actually, Im learning how to mix a damned song. And its pretty hard!!!
I wanted all my students to hear and, eventually, download the songs their schoolmates have recorded. Thats all...
Enjoy it, and my apologizes for the lo-fi, maybe crunchy, harsh or muddy sound...

My compliments! Mi mas sincera enhorabuena desde Londres. Me encanta el sonido, la eleccion de las voces, composiciones y letras. Por recurrir a un par de adjetivos manidos en el circuito indie pero en este caso muy apropiados, vuestro trabajo es fresco, delicioso. Mis favoritas, Acqualand y Vamos a romper el hielo.
Aguardo expectante nuevos singles. Felicidades a Carmen, Cristina, Marina, Fran y Bosco. Y como no a su mentor.
Alucinante! excelentes composiciones y esos interpretes... me ha encantado el regustillo "family" de algunas canciones...esa influencia del pop del norte...

señores artistas del ESOpop enhorabuena...
Fran Zamudio es un muchacho nervioso y muy imaginativo. Creo que le gustan las cosas poco convencionales y con un cierto punto heterodoxo. Le he visto dibujar extrañas y fantásticas criaturas en su cuaderno de clase. Por otro lado, su voz está en el mismo período de transición en el que, según algunos, se encuentra el mundo contemporáneo. Creímos que sería interesante estructurar la canción como un diálogo entre una voz joven y otra madura. Los robóticos fonemas de la sección central sirven de modesto homenaje al grupo alemán Kraftwerk. A romper.
La tercera en discordia. Marina tiene excelentes cualidades vocales, muy buena afinación y un fraseo exquisito. Grabada en una sola sesión, casi todo en primeras tomas.
La segunda en grabarse. Las voces de Carmen y Cristina empastan muy bien. La de Carmen tiene una frecuencia baja y arenosa, muy interesante, que le venía de maravilla a la canción. Cristina destaca por unos agudos dulces y muy afinados (también es guitarrista). Las dos hicieron un gran trabajo, teniendo que aprenderse la canción sobre la marcha y adaptando de manera intuitiva los giros melódicos a sus capacidades vocales. Cuidado en los parques acuáticos...
