The Blues Cats play blues centered rock that might touch on Country, R&B, and even Jazz. The Blues Cats, from Burbank, California are three guys with a deep appreciation for the blues. Their first song together, 'Track No. 9' has been well received in different internet circles, as well as MP3.com, Garageband.com, and right here on Soundclick. My band has been called Swank for about ten years, but I recently discovered there is a British? band by the same name, so who knew? I'll guess we'll have to duke it out for the name. We do a mix of blues, soul jazz, swing, a-gog-go, and whatever else seeps into to the songs. The tunes from our two CD's are unoriginal originals, but live we do some covers as well.
