Song: Waiting To Die
The vocals and the recording on this song could have been much better, but over all it's a well written and arranged song. The slowed piano/guitar break in the middle is my example of showing my feelings of getting or being old and feeling down before realizing "I'M NOT THROUGH YET!" Then the song gets back into me getting myself up again to ROCK OUT!

Wow your music is incredible incomplete is such a great song. Currently listening to "think of me" and the guitar and the recording quality is amazing, not to mention your vocals are pretty damn impressive. I shall definitely be listening to more of your music and will leave more comments as I surf my way through them. Peace and love!

I just posted my first song in who knows how long, because I haven't been able to play since March 2nd. I woke up on March 3rd with an arm and hand(left) that didn't work. But besides the vocals(I don't care what you say Colm, I can't sing!LOL) I like it. It rocks, and I like the twin leads, especially the dual hammer-ons at the very end. The drums also lead the song pretty well too. What do you think. Oh, and Colm, I haven't even checked your song that may piss me off. I'm sure it won't. I'm an Independent who used to be a moderate Democrat. Going to listen to it right now!

Thanks for the compliment(s)! I dig your stuff too. I actually just got a new 8 track digital studio for Christmas and that's what I used on "What We Have" and I'm looking forward to re-working my other songs, as well as new ones. I have one problem though: I woke up on March 3rd with no feeling in my left hand.(I have a lot of other health problems too:RA, Fibromyalgia, etc.) The Neurologist said it's "Radial Neuropathy" or "Wrist Drop"(Google it please-too much to explain here) and it's been over 3 months now and I still can't play a note, although I have got a little feeling back in it. The doc says it could take 6 months to a year for the nerves to grow back and then I'll have to re-hab it for a while to get to the playing level I'm used to. There are a small number of cases of wrist drop that never heal. I know I won't be one of them. I'm going nuts waiting though. A musician with a bad fingering hand? Woe is me. But I'll get there eventually. I'm praying that I'll come back and

You've got some great stuff happening on 'Waiting to die but all the white noise is really distracting. You can a complete digital studio including interface and all the toys by Lexicon/Omega on E-bay for a couple hundred bucks. Also have confidence in your vocal abilities: you can sing!

just popped in and gave a listen. You've got an excellant sound for using a portastudio. I still have my old tascam! Good job!

"What we have" is a kind of King Crimson and Pink Floyd combination that really works. Thanks for stopping by, please come and check out a new artist named Ross Adams, with a very special tribute to a homeless woman named Bobby Joe.
