Dale,
You must have stepped into a big pile of kick-ass since I checked you out last. You're getting too cool for Cecil. I'm still working out my style and delivery issues, but I do plan to resurface probably next year. Take care, and lay off the donuts.

I listened to your song "I Found You"...very well put together and your voice reminds me alot of the allman brothers...but has its uniqueness...a great dedication to your wife, keep up the good work, i voted the song HOT to push it further up to the top of the country charts, led us know when you have new material...I would like for you to listen to my instrumental sometime, thanks and much respect...

well Dale. I wrote and recorded Minimum Due with just me and a guitar. I used a roland board and put it up on the site raw.
Laurel found the song and downlaoded it and added some life to it.. To be honest with you it was the first long distance colab I have ever done and I didn't know I was doing it until Laurel was finished with it. I thought he did such a good job and added some uniqueness too it I felt it fitting to keep it that way. Laurel is talented no doubt.
As far as getting out of Maryland.. Yes I did, but some things I sure do miss. I still visit from time to time and may dad and two brothers still live there. I sure miss those crab cakes...
Now I an nestled in the foot hills and mountains of western carolina doing what I loved to do.
Thanks for stopping by and please dont be a stranger..
P.S. Those damn reskins and Orioles are very predictable arn't they ?

Hey Dale...
Just stopping by to tell another Maryland native they a re sounding pretty good. I like the song I found you...
Yeah I am originally from Prince Georges County where I was born and grew up the first 21 years of my life.
I currently reside in Morganton North Carolina where I write songs and serve as a detective sergeant in a major crimes unit here.

Hey man,
Dont feel like you have let Nils-Ole and I down, the thing is that there is no time limit on these tracks, so when you're done with "Never Let Me Down" is fine man....there is no rush. Just get better dude ! thats got to be the main priority...to have you up and rockin' again. Your honesty with us is most appreciated, im sure Nils-Ole will feel the same.
Im actually quite chuffed that you would go to the lengths of re-recording this track, and really do look forward to hearing what you come up with.....but all in good time :-)
So we will and can wait my friend
cheers

Dale, thanks for the note. Likewise, I'm busy too these days, and had to use a small window of free time last winter to do the last collection. Now I have a house to build (another solo project unfortuntately - similar budget woes). Let's keep in touch from time to time. Let me know when you upload new material and I'll do the same. I'll actually but uploading one more tune probably next week for a tribute record, but that will be it for me for a while. And regarding gear, I'm just looking for an affordable setup on a laptop, with programmable drums. I've been using zoom handheld stuff, and it's a bit cumbersome and unforgiving if you know what I mean. Plus I really do need a basement upgrade! Good luck bro. If you're playing around P'ville let me know.
Pete
I really fell out of the local talent and man did I miss out on this great music. i love the tunes.Relate to the lyrics. these songs are the sh** . Keep jamming and writing. Hi Heather Merita
